Mike Moderhak, CPA, CGMA

Mike is the President of Moderhak and Associates PC. Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Texas, Colorado, and Florida. He is also a Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA) which is a designation for management accountants who have reached the highest benchmark of quality and competence. A graduate of the University of Colorado and with over 20 years of experience, Mike has assisted both large and small business with accounting, tax and advisory services.

Prior to his tenure at Moderhak and Associates PC, Mike was a Managing Director and Engagement Partner at a national consulting firm, a Chief Financial Officer for several private and private equity owned businesses, and spent time internationally, living in Europe while working for a “Big Four” accounting firm.

Mike is passionate about establishing long-term working relationships with clients, partnering closely with small business owners to overcome challenges and assist clients in managing their accounting and tax functions.

A lifelong auto enthusiast, you can often find Mike at local car shows and auto auctions, accompanied by his wife and two children.
